A Day is a Thousand Years

The content of this book has largely remained a secret to all of us, aside from those directly involved with it’s creation. So, Dillon the author, obviously, and Management. I’m pretty sure Silverton and Charley know a thing or two about it, because they were both involved in the very true event that this book capitalizes on for purely financial gain. In Red Rainbow lore this event is known as “The Experiment” that changed everything. A brave cosmonaut by the name of Sal, who you may or may not have seen around the building (he’s usually in The Lobby sitting at the bar) was the first civilian to test out the immersive external reality generator we keep on Level Zero as an artifact of technological innovation. If it wasn’t for Sal and his personal sacrifice, his willingness to go where no one had ever gone before, we wouldn’t have half the stuff we use in this building to entertain our stupid guests. So, this is the story of what happened to him during The Experiment. It’s also a companion piece to NIMI, somehow. So we know that much.

Put it back on the shelf…
