“That is the truth of the situation. If you don’t believe me, I want you to think about something before you make up your mind about it. Think about the fact that you don’t remember where you were before you were born, yet here you are, able to see, smell, taste, and touch. Think about the fact that every single living thing is in the same situation. Think of every person that has ever lived. Think of every person that has ever died. Think of every plant, animal, and act of natural violence. Think of every story, film, novel, and song. Think of every atom, molecule, cell, organ, and tissue in your body. Think of every planet, photon, star, and galaxy. Think about this present moment occurring across the face of the whole universe. Don’t judge it, don’t overthink it. Just look at it.
